I have placed two orders for these trees (11 total) and they are healthy and simply beautiful. They have grown at least a foot in a very short amount of time and I am very pleased with their progress. I do plan to order 6-8 more in the fall. I am so pleased with how they are packaged too. Tree was in great condition and was clearly raised well. Not root bound at all, and a great trunk and branch structure. Buying magnolias from Wilson Bros was much better than from local nurseries in my area, as those magnolias were generally more expensive, and in worse shape.—————————————————We are so glad you are pleased and we hope you enjoy it for years to come! These 3 lovely trees arrived as promised and were packed extremely well and so beautiful they took my breath away. We followed the instructions for planting and set them in their new home below our upper deck where we can watch them grow. We were so impressed in the size and quality that we ordered another one for our daughter and that too arrived as promised and packed with care as ours was. She was thrilled to have this tree as she lost one a few years back and hadn’t replaced it as yet. I cant wait to watch this tree grow up. It was shipped perfectly. The box allowed for now movement or damage to the tree. It looked great coming out of the box. We are very pleased. The root system looked extremely healthy.

The Brackens Brown Beauty Magnolia (3 gallon) is the first plant I have ordered from Wilson Brothers Gardens. It only took 10 days from the time I ordered the tree online to its arrival at my front doorstep. My decision to try my first purchase with Wilson Brothers Gardens was because of the very informative website, free shipping, plant guarantee, and lower total cost for this item compared to many of the other online nurseries selling the same tree of comparable size. I received the tree today via FedEx and immediately opened the box. I am very pleased with the appearance and quality of the tree and its condition is EXCELLENT. I measured the tree’s height and it was exactly 4 feet from the top of the 3 gallon container (the base of the tree) to the top of the tree. The tree is healthy with lots of lush, green leaves and flower buds. I’m looking forward to seeing the flower buds bloom in about a month. The condition of the tree is just as good if not better than the ones at our local nurseries and at a lower total cost, too! The soil in the container was moist and the tree was well packaged. I will definitely order more plants and trees in the future from Wilson Brothers Gardens because of my good experience with this order. Thanks Wilson Brothers! This is the Southern Magnolia with the two toned leaves. Deep green on top; beautiful deep bronze underneath; large flowers and evergreen. I have one of the Southern Magnolias growing in my yard and it is gorgeous. In the afternoon sun, when the light hits the tree, it seems as though the bronze under tone glows. I wanted another tree like this and could not find one in the local nurseries. If I did find some they were in horrible condition. When I saw this on Wilson Bros website I did not know for sure if it was a Magnolia with the true bronze undertone, but I took a chance and ordered one, and am very excited to say that it is the correct species. It arrived fairly quickly and very well packaged. It is gorgeous and appears to be very healthy and well groomed. Can not wait to get it in the ground. Thank you Wilson Bros for sending me such a beautiful tree.
